Helping Humans Understand Dogs

Chaos to Calm

Duration: 2 hr

Does your dog spiral out of control when he sees something moving or bark his head off when the neighbours are in their yard?

Do you have a dog who suffers from isolation, stress and worries when he can’t see you?

Does your dog attempt the doorway dash whenever you even think about opening a door?

This workshop will teach you and your dog strategies that will help with everyday manners, the ability to be calm, still, patient and quiet around moving things. Using simple techniques that any dog and handler can learn.

We will work with you and your dog to teach doorway manners, techniques for managing mental and physical arousal, crate training, doorway manners, quiet  and go to your place training.

These techniques are useful for everyday living, for puppies and older dogs.

Workshop format with a mix of handlers with dogs (8 spaces) and observers without dogs (unlimited spaces).
